You can send format as follows : .psd /.ai /.cdr/ .pdf etc.
2. can you help with designs ?
Yes, we do help with design as your request .
The information we need is: Clear product name list, logo , brand name.
3. What is your usual machine for printing?
Offset printing machine, Automatic productions,Die-cutting machine, Lamination machine,
Hot stamping machine.
4. Could I get your samples for testing quality ?
Yes, sample is available. If you need our readymade samples, free charge ;
If u need samples with your own design,Sample fee depends on your design
request, sample fee will be ALL returned if your bulk production is
exactly same with the sample.
5. How long time can I receive my proudcts ?
Sample : 1-3 working days
Bulk production : 2-8 business days after received your deposit and design confirmation;
QC and packaging: 2 business days
Shipping time : 5-7 business days by DHL;, 15-45 days by Sea ship;
